Refund policy

We do not take returns on non-defective items. Pre-order and in-stock item cancellation will trigger a 15% restocking fee. 

If you receive an item that is defective, please contact us immediately.  If you notice a defect before opening the product, please contact us before opening the product.  While we as collectors understand the value we place on these items, we do reserve the right to make a decision on whether we consider the item "defective". We do not recognize paint application details as defective products.

If we deem the product defective, we will either offer an exchange or point you in the direction of the right contact info with the appropriate manufacturer. If we request that you return the item to us, we will also cover any return shipping charges. 

If we feel that the product is not defective, we will still happily work with you to find a solution however you may be responsible for additional shipping charges.
