Cancellation Policy:

*All preorder cancellations are subject to a 15% cancellation fee or full credit. Unfortunately we are charged for cancellations, and we also cannot be crippled by overstock.

**Items that are in-stock are not cancellable.

***Non refundable deposits are non refundable.

Customers ordering from countries other than Canada are solely responsible for the payment of duties and taxes if they are assessed by the home country of the purchaser. This is not money remitted to eCollectibles, nor the responsibility of eCollectibles.
